2. Payments:
a. Payments for the services provided by Kind Design Co. shall be made as per the agreed-upon terms in the contract.
b. A deposit will be required to initiate the project, and the balance will be due upon completion and delivery of the final work.

3. Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain with Kind Design Co. until full payment is received.
b. Upon final payment, the client will receive full ownership and rights to the final designs.

4. Revisions and Approvals:
a. The client will have the opportunity to review and request revisions to the work during specified stages of the project.
b. Approval of the final designs indicates acceptance and signifies the end of the design process.

5. Confidentiality:
a. Kind Design Co. agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties.

6. Communication:
a. We encourage open and timely communication to ensure a smooth project process.
b. Kind Design Co. will strive to respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.

7. Project Delivery:
a. The final design files will be delivered to the client upon receipt of full payment.
b. Kind Design Co. shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party services.

8. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the contract in writing if either party fails to perform their obligations under the agreement.
b. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for the payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability:
a. Kind Design Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the designs.

10. Governing Law:
a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, in the country of the United States of America, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.
